Can I choose my fabric colour?
Yes. Where fabric choices are available, the product page will show the available colour options before you add the item to basket.
Do beds include a mattress?
Not always. Many beds allow you to choose no mattress or add a mattress upgrade. The product page will show what is included and what costs extra.
Is assembly available?
Assembly may be available as an optional add-on on selected products. If available, it will appear on the product page.
How do I know if the bed will fit?
Measure your room, doorway, stairs, hallway turns and final placement area before ordering. Large beds and tall headboards need careful access planning.
Can I pay with flexible payment options?

Can I return a bed?
Returns depend on the product type, order stage and whether the item is made-to-order or personalised. Please read the returns page before ordering.
