Care instructions

A little regular care helps upholstered beds stay fresher, neater, and easier to live with over time.

  • CleaningUse a lightly damp cloth for surface marks and a low-suction vacuum for routine dusting around seams and upholstered detailing.
  • Sun damageTry to avoid prolonged direct sunlight so the fabric keeps its colour and tone more evenly over time.
  • StainsAvoid abrasive chemicals or bleach. For heavier marks, professional upholstery cleaning is the safest option.
Will it fit?

A quick measuring check before ordering can save time on delivery day and help the bed settle smoothly into the room you have planned for it.

  • Measure your spaceMeasure the room where the bed will sit, including the distance to radiators, shelving, bedside tables, and light fittings.
  • Check all pathwaysMeasure doorways, hallways, staircases, and tighter turning points from the delivery entrance through to the final room.
  • Will packaging fit?Allow enough room for packaged parts to pass through comfortably before the bed is unpacked and positioned.
  • Consider assemblyMake sure there is enough clear floor space for safe assembly as well as the final position of the bed once built.

Great service and worth the wait

Brilliant service and a gorgeous bed frame. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is delivery was a day later than expected, but customer service kept me updated and it was worth the wait.
